Automated Teller Service (ATM)

An automated teller machine (ATM) card for the Co-Op Network, MAC, Cirrus, and CU24 networks will allow you to perform transactions to your savings and checking account.

• 24-hour access to your savings and checking account
• Easy accessibility to your funds anytime, anywhere
• A $1 network fee will be charged per withdrawal if the machine is not a CCSD FCU Machine
• Must have a checking account to obtain an ATM card
• A PIN number will be assigned to the member
• Member can withdrawal up to $500 per day
• No more than 3 withdrawals per day

Use your card at over 19,000 Co-Op Network machines nationwide and never receive a surcharge fee. You can locate Co-Op Network ATM's by clicking on the ATM Locator (at top of page) at this Web site www.co-opnetwork.org.

DEBIT CARD (COMBO CARD)

• A debit/combo card allows you to perform transactions to your savings and checking account at an ATM machine or use it to pay for your purchases at any store that accepts VISA.
• 24-hour access to your savings and checking account
• Easy accessibility to your funds anytime, anywhere
• A $1 network fee will be charged per withdrawal if the ATM machine is not a CCSD FCU machine
• Convenient access to checking account to pay for purchases without writing a check
• Must have a checking account, be a member in good standing and fill out an application to obtain a debit card
• Similar to having a credit card, but funds come directly out of your checking account
• No monthly fee
• Member can withdrawal up to $500 per day from ATM machine
• No more than 3 withdrawals per day from ATM machine

Audio Response Service (PAT: Personal Access Teller)

"PAT" allows a member to access their accounts via a touch-tone telephone. For a minimal quarterly fee, you will have access to:

• 24-hour access to savings and checking account(s)
• Transfer funds: check balances, make loan payments, visa payments, account history
• Toll free 800 number and local number provided
• Wallet menu card provided
• Convenience of conducting your financial transactions from home, or anywhere that a touch-tone phone is available
• May have access to family accounts through "Cross Account Records"

Direct Deposit and Payroll Deduction

• Have your payroll, retirement income, or tax refunds directly deposited to your credit union account. Authorize either a portion of your check to be deposited or the entire net pay.
• Convenient way to save or repay a loan
• Eliminates time consumed by "banking" errands
• Ensures timeliness of postings: eliminates reliance on postal service
• Safety: easily traceable
• CCSD can accept electronic transmissions from any employer group with ACH capabilities
• Distribute the funds between accounts or make loan payments automatically

Wire Transfers

A means of electronically transferring and receiving members’ funds worldwide.

• Provides quick and secure means to transfer funds, usually credited within 24 hours for wires within the U.S.
• Accessible service by most financial institutions worldwide
• $5 fee to send a wire within the U.S.
• Sending: Member must visit a credit union office to sign for authorization of wire. Member must provide complete wire information: financial institution’s name and address, ABA#, amount, and account name and number where funds are to be credited

To transfer funds into your CCSD FCU account please supply the "from institution" with the following information:

• Receiving Financial Information: ABA# 221-381-715
• Receiving Financial Information: Members United Corporate FCU
• For Further Credit To: CCSD FCU, Acct# 221-381-498
• For Final Credit To: Member Name, Member Account Number, Savings or Checking
• Receiving: Member must notify CCSD FCU with date of wire, amount and name/address of sender

Travelers Cheques & Money Orders

Travelers Cheques: World wide accepted instrument equivalent to cash

• Safest way of carrying cash
• If travelers cheques are lost/stolen, replacement refunds are available worldwide
• No time expiration on cheques
• Convenient denominations available
• Travelers Cheques for Two are also available

Money Orders: Used as a payment instrument

• Equivalent to certified check
• Widely accepted and easily traced
• Maximum amount for one money order: $500

A special retirees club for people over 55 that provides the following benefits:

• Reduced checking account fees on Town & Country account: basic style checks provided free of charge on Homestead account with direct deposit of pension/social security check to CCSD
• No fee on money orders
• No fee on travelers cheques
• No fee for photocopies
• Must request enrollment for this designation

Discount Tickets

CCSD FCU offers its members tickets to various theme parks and movie theatres at a discounted price that you would normally pay at the gate.

• Must be a CCSD FCU member to purchase tickets, and tickets must be purchased at one of the credit union offices
• Tickets must be used before expiration date on ticket

• CarFax: Utilize this service when buying a used auto. Carfax will allow you to search a vehicles title history for prior accidents.

• Skip-A-Payment: The credit union offers to its eligible members the ability to skip a loan payment once a year.
